Community Services Digital Program Guide
First of its kind for the Town of Ingersoll, this guide is now in its second year of publication. This project began with an ask to raise awareness of Community Services and their seasonal offerings.
I transformed this vision into a dynamic digital resource. The project showcases my ability to modernize community outreach, ensuring all Ingersoll residents and visitors can easily discover the diverse programming available at our recreation and youth centres.
As the first Communications Officer for the Town of Ingersoll, I developed and implemented a comprehensive communications strategy that revolutionized how we connect with our community. This living document is the foundation for all municipal communications, establishing clear objectives, target audiences, and engagement metrics where none previously existed. Through strategic planning and execution, we've enhanced transparency, strengthened community relationships, and streamlined information delivery across all channels. The strategy continues to evolve, adapting to community needs while ensuring consistent, effective messaging that bridges the gap between local government and residents.
Community Outreach
The Town of Ingersoll needed to reach residents regularly. Thus, I brought FlashVote in to bridge the gap. With a high success rate of registrants participating in our surveys, FlashVote has been a resounding success for helping to shape Town priorities and projects.
Social Media
I revitalized the Town of Ingersoll's digital presence by implementing a comprehensive social media overhaul. By consolidating accounts, establishing brand guidelines, and developing a targeted strategy, I converted the Town's fragmented online voice into a unified, professional platform. This initiative showcases my expertise in digital brand management and strategic communications.
